Andje Medina once again served as a speaker on the What’s New in Tort and Trial panel that travels throughout California educating practitioners on the changes to California law from the previous year. The panel takes on the daunting task of reading and summarizing just under 500 Court of Appeal, California Supreme Court, and Supreme Court published cases from the previous year. The group discusses how those decisions impact the practice of law, the rights of our clients, and access to full and equal justice.
