We proudly announce that Altair Law has been named as two of four finalists for the 2024 San Francisco Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. J. Kevin Morrison and Joshua D. White were selected for their trial in Lino Aguilar vs. Western Digital Corp. and Michael Valdez. As a further testament to Altair’s trial prowess Craig M. Peters, Mark Baller and Joseph May were selected as finalists for their trial on John Cooper vs. Technogym USA. Finalists were selected with criteria evaluating:
- Noteworthy Civil Trial results from Judge or Jury trials including arbitration awards or settlements (Circumstances & nature of case, quality of defense representation, stakes for the litigants, societal interests, and verdict size.
- Demonstrated high standards of ethics, civility, courage, advocacy, and dedication
- Contributions to the betterment of consumers and/or injury victims
