Andje Medina was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association last week at the organization’s annual gala along with her co-counsel Conor Kelly of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger for a $3,000,000 jury verdict they obtained in a wrongful death trial in San Francisco. The verdict came after two weeks of a hard-fought trial against a property owner who refused to accept responsibility for a faulty electrical outlet that caused an apartment fire and killed a young woman. This was Andje’s second nomination and first time winning this prestigious award. Altair Law congratulates her and Conor as well as all of the other finalists and nominees who achieved outstanding trial results for their clients last year.
