Andje Medina shared her techniques for obtaining difficult non-economic damages related trial testimony with a diverse group of trial attorneys from many western states looking to sharpen their trial skills. Having recently completed a wrongful death jury trial, where non-economic damages made up the entire damages case, Andje spoke about what worked for her at trial. The Western Trial Lawyers Association is a group of top-notch trial attorneys, mostly from the western states, but in recent years membership has spread across the United States. The organization focuses on bringing attorney members together twice a year to share new trial techniques, fostering growth and advancement in the profession.
