Craig Peters and Andje Medina Presented at the CAOC Sonoma Seminar

On the first day of this favored legal conference Andje educated attendees on the foundational challenges that attorneys are facing in overcoming summary judgment motions in serious injury cases. She discussed recent changes in case law that have made some plaintiff injury cases more difficult to prove and provided practical tips on how to identify and overcome these challenges.

On day two, Craig connected with conference attendees and talked about the power of empathy and connection in trial practice. His dynamic presentation commanded a packed room at the Fairmont Mission Inn in Sonoma. He reminded the crowd what draws people in at the movies and what motivates jurors to find connection to our cases. Altair attorneys are frequently asked to speak at legal conferences because of their vast experience and proven effectiveness at trial.
