Altair Law is incredible! I was referred to them after I was injured in a near-fatal accident, and even though it became clear fairly quickly that my case would not be a big money-maker, they still took me on as a client. Kevin Morrison and Noah Phillips, with assistance from Emily Hallinan, were with me every step of the process.

My case took place over the course of the COVID shutdown, and they kept me informed on how to proceed while the courts were closed, etc. They handled everything with such sensitivity, tact and diligence, and they were very straightforward and honest about presenting my options (i.e. whether to pursue a lawsuit, possible outcomes to expect). Once we chose a course of action, they handled everything so competently and professionally that I didn’t have to worry about it at all, and I was free to devote my time and energy to healing and recovery.

I have so much respect for the care they gave me and my case, even though it was clear from the start that it wouldn’t bring in much of a settlement. At the end, they even reduced their rates so that I would receive a larger amount — who does that???!!! Altair Law does that!

After the settlement was finalized, we received one more late lien, for which I would have had to return a significant amount of the settlement, but Noah was successful in getting it dropped. Since Altair had previously deducted my payment, they essentially did this last part for free. They declined my offer to pay for their extra time. What? Yes, that’s right!
