Elton Rosicki is an associate attorney at Altair Law® whose practice focuses on personal injury litigation. He represents individuals who have been injured in vehicle collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, and other matters involving serious injury, advocating for clients in state courts throughout California.
Elton is driven by a commitment to helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He approaches each case with a focus on clear communication, strong client relationships, and practical problem-solving, ensuring his clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Before becoming an attorney, Elton worked as an IT consultant and project manager in the healthcare software industry. In that role, he advised large hospital systems on best practices, led complex implementations, and helped resolve high-stakes issues involving multi-million-dollar software systems. This experience sharpened his analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex technical matters. He now applies these skills to evaluating liability, assessing damages, analyzing medical records, and advising clients in his legal practice.
Elton earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University and his Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco (formerly Hastings). While in law school, he clerked at a San Francisco plaintiff’s firm, where he was introduced to personal injury litigation and developed a passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals. He continued working in the field after passing the bar, further developing his experience in personal injury litigation.
Outside of his practice, Elton is an avid music enthusiast and can often be found at concerts throughout the Bay Area. A longtime musician, he has played the drums and piano for years and enjoys the creative outlet that music provides. When he is not working or listening to live music, he spends his time on the golf course, hiking Northern California’s trails, or cooking new recipes for friends and family.
